Doily
This is the first doily I've ever made! The only thing I made in thread before was some baby bibs. I will always love yarn but I got to admit I'm turning into a bit of a thready! It's so addictive and for me it's a challenge and that makes the completion of a project all the more sweet! I must say picot edging sucks..I've used it many times before and I am not growing fonder of it at all!

Hey, for a first doily, you've done great work!
And I totally agree with you about the picot edging, doesn't grow on me either...Can't decide if I hate it more or the same as interminable "sc X times in the next ch loop" rounds.

Your doily looks lovely!! I agree with the dislike of the picot, but there is something sweet about finishing a doily or any other thread project! Keep up the great thread work!
Oops - forgot to ask - what pattern did you use?
